The hotel's location was excellent, being very central and a perfect base for exploring the city. The rooms had a few issues with the setup but were clean and well-equipped. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating, exceeding expectations. The dining options were limited but satisfactory. Overall, a great spot with some minor room concerns.
The hotel at 155 Bourke St had decent room space, even though it looked smaller than expected in the photos. The cleanliness and overall maintenance were lacking. The service from Melanie and Gavin was exceptionally nice and helpful, going out of their way to assist with requests. The location was fantastic, with convenient amenities like dry cleaning, grocery shopping, and shuttle services available. The dining included a variety of cured meats. The absence of a pool or anticipated spa bath was a downside.
